About this website
OLsA NA provides an alumni community website for Old Laboratorians in North America. These terms cover website use, membership applications, directory participation and reunion interest registrations. Questions: olsana2022@gmail.com.
Membership and approval
Submit accurate alumni and contact information. Email verification confirms control of the address and does not by itself establish membership eligibility. Chapter administrators review applications. Annual, Life and Student membership are available for application; Honorary membership is assigned by the chapter. Fees and specific benefits will be announced before any paid membership commitment. Applying does not authorize a charge.
Accounts and community conduct
Keep your login information secure and do not share an account. Treat fellow alumni respectfully. Do not impersonate others, harass people, submit unlawful material, misuse the directory, send unsolicited commercial messages or attempt unauthorized access. The chapter may restrict or suspend accounts for misuse, subject to its review.
Directory use
Use member profiles only for legitimate alumni connections. Do not scrape, redistribute or publish directory information, or use it for marketing without the person’s permission. Members choose whether their profile is included.
Reunion registration
The upcoming reunion date, venue and fee are TBA. Current registrations record interest and attendance details; they do not guarantee admission, a seat or a confirmed event. Event arrangements, capacity, fees and any cancellation or refund conditions will be disclosed before payment. Registration does not confirm a Zelle transfer.
Donations and payments
Donations are voluntary. Zelle transfers are initiated through your bank and must be sent to the verified recipient. Contact the chapter to confirm acknowledgement or discuss a mistaken payment. This website does not promise tax deductibility, automatic receipts or automatic refunds. No recurring payment is created by a website form.
Content and archives
Respect copyright and the privacy of people shown in photographs. Submit only content you have permission to share. Historical material is provided for alumni reference. Contact us about a correction, attribution or removal request. Do not use chapter or school logos to imply endorsement without permission.

Links to the parent association and other websites are provided for convenience and may open in a separate tab. Those services have their own rules and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but schedules and content may change and errors may occur. Contact the chapter before relying on event or payment details. These terms do not waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update the terms as services change; material changes to paid arrangements will be disclosed before commitment.
